Terms of Service

Fresh Start Duct Cleaning Services Inc.

By booking a service with Fresh Start Duct Cleaning Services (“we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

We provide residential and commercial duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, furnace cleaning, HRV cleaning, sanitization, and related air quality services.

All services are performed to industry standards using professional equipment.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All pricing displayed on our website is subject to confirmation at time of service.

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Attic or crawl space access

  • Additional vents beyond package limits

  • Second-level dryer exhausts

  • Excessive debris or contamination (including soot)

  • Additional furnaces

  • Replacement parts (such as dryer vent covers or flex hose)

Customers will be informed of any additional charges before work proceeds.

3. Access to Property

The customer is responsible for providing safe and clear access to:

  • Furnace and duct system

  • Vents and returns

  • Dryer unit and exhaust

  • Electrical outlets

If access is restricted, unsafe, or incomplete upon arrival, we reserve the right to reschedule and/or charge a service call fee.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Failure to provide notice may result in a service call fee.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept approved payment methods listed at time of booking.

Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

6. Satisfaction & Results

We guarantee professional workmanship. However:

  • Results may vary depending on system condition and age.

  • We cannot guarantee elimination of all odors, allergens, or contaminants.

  • We do not provide HVAC repair services unless specifically agreed.

7. Damage & Liability

We take reasonable care while performing services.

Fresh Start Duct Cleaning Services is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Improperly installed ductwork

  • Aging, brittle, or damaged components

  • Hidden structural or mechanical defects

Customers must notify us of any concerns immediately following service.

8. Before & After Photos

We may take before and after photos of duct systems, vents, or equipment for documentation and quality assurance purposes.

These images may be used for marketing unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.

9. Website Use

All website content, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Fresh Start Duct Cleaning Services and may not be copied without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service performed.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
